SapientMetric’s story began when my Cisco mentor encouraged me to begin an LLC to leverage my creative approach for software adoption. I was able to connect with and impact several Dallas SMB’s, VAR’s and members of Cisco’s enterprise sales and partner teams.
- Translated the complex to consumable with defined metrics and strong content writing for marketing and sales enablement.
- Evangelized and educated technology teams to decipher business metrics, strategy and communications not frequently addressed in “IT-only” conversations: focus on business root drivers and customer journeys.
- Developed technology change enablement training to encourage a growth mindset, an awareness of heuristic, mental roadblocks, and technical skills.
