SapientMetric’s story began when my Cisco mentor encouraged me to begin an LLC to leverage my creative approach for software adoption.  I was able to connect with and impact several Dallas SMB’s, VAR’s and members of Cisco’s enterprise sales and partner teams.

  • Translated the complex to consumable with defined metrics and strong content writing for marketing and sales enablement.
  • Evangelized and educated technology teams to decipher business metrics, strategy and communications not frequently addressed in “IT-only” conversations: focus on business root drivers and customer journeys.
  • Developed technology change enablement training to encourage a growth mindset, an awareness of heuristic, mental roadblocks, and technical skills.

Why Laura?

  • An innate drive for execution and accountability, I am a contagious motivator and magnetic team collaborator.
  • A strong advocate of active listening , I look to engage teams and customers with a data driven approach to create award-winning customer and employee experiences.
  • Complex to Consumable:  a curious and analytical mindset allows me to be a prescient gap finder where I’ve built a career bridging marketing and sales to achieve revenue goals while improving customer success.
  • Diverse proficiencies in content writing and presentations as well as data analysis (Tableau, VBA, Excel), strategic vision planning (Futuristic, Current/Future State), metric development (Hubbard Decision Research), and publishing (Adobe Suite).

“One of the highest rated trainings that I have seen since I started in the Cisco Partner Organization.”
